Job Summary
This role is pivotal in collecting, processing, and analyzing data, and presenting insightful data summaries to the executive team as required. The incumbent will also play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of data within our internal CRM and managing the company’s overall data.
Primary Responsibilities
Monitor and manage sales, hierarchy, and agent data through various stages of data entry and reporting.
Conduct regular reviews of monthly and weekly comparison reports to pinpoint data that requires correction or further investigation.
Utilize data to identify trends within specific regions or markets.
Perform root cause analysis and propose strategies to enhance data integrity.
Generate comprehensive reports from our CRM - Connect - system.
Collect data using Excel, carrier portals, and Monday.
Retrieve reports from carrier websites and shared email inboxes.
Integrate data from multiple sources for a comprehensive view.
Support the Operations Team and other departments in ensuring the accuracy of the data provided to our agents, internal staff, and carrier partners.
Identify best practices and areas for improvement, and share innovative ideas with leadership.
Gather data from a variety of sources for comprehensive analysis.
Organize and analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights.
Write detailed and comprehensive reports based on data analysis.
Develop a deep understanding of business processes, goals, and strategies to identify, design, and implement improvements in internal processes.
Establish and maintain data architecture for efficient data management.
Develop data tools for the analysis and data science team members that assist them in building and optimizing our data systems. Collaborate with data and analysts to enhance the functionality of our data systems.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience: A High School diploma or 1-2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
