Are a passionate Data Modeler? Join our team to lead and supply to the data design for an application or solution, helping to define how data will flow, be stored and structured. Collaborates with business partners and domain experts to elicit and understand data requirements and relevant principles and standards. Translate data requirements into application and solution data models and validates these using data profiling methods. Understand and document the data flow between applications and the mappings from source to target. Build and improve the business glossary, data dictionary and related metadata.

Job Qualifications

Required:

• English proficiency and at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer / Systems / Industrial Engineering, Business / Management Information Systems or Software Development

• Experience with Data Modeling.

• Strong problem solving skills and self-starter

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with partners, capture requirements, and present sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Teamwork skills to work optimally as part of a team and engage with multi-functional teams

• Foundational knowledge in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, Systems Development and Integration and/or Data Architecture

• Database and/or Data Warehouse design experience

• Willingness to learn and stay updated on new technologies, trends, and industry standard methodologies related to data management and architecture. The ability to adapt to evolving requirements and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

• Data Lake experience

• Data engineering experience crafting and developing ETL dataflows

• Experience in data modeling and data modeling tools (ex. Erwin, ER Studio).

• Experience with SQL / NoSQL database technologies and Cloud technologies.

• Experience developing in a cloud / micro-service based environment with languages such as Python.

• Office tools (Powerpoint, Excel)
