About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Manager to join our Global Record to Report (RTR) team. The role is responsible for managing data governance activities related to global standard costs, transfer prices, and intercompany data within SAP and the Intercompany Profit Tracking (ICT) system. The position plays a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted supply chain operations while maintaining compliance with financial, legal, tax, and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain master data related to standard costs, group costs, net costs, and transfer pricing within SAP and ICT systems.
- Lead annual transfer pricing, network change, and business-as-usual (BAU) data maintenance activities.
- Ensure accurate end-to-end data setup to support global supply chain transactions.
- Oversee day-to-day activities performed by outsourced BPO partners and ensure adherence to established controls.
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, GFS, and other global stakeholders to resolve data and process issues.
- Drive continuous process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
- Maintain governance frameworks, SOPs, controls, and process documentation.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with SOX, GxP, and internal control requirements.
- Provide training, guidance, and communication to global teams on intercompany processes and data governance.
- Respond quickly to critical operational issues impacting supply chain continuity.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA or professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) preferred.
Experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience in finance, master data governance, or record-to-report processes.
- Experience working with financial and operational data in a large global organization.
- Strong understanding of SAP systems and data management processes.
- Experience in SOX-controlled environments.
- Exposure to supply chain finance and intercompany processes is preferred.
- Experience working with outsourced service providers/BPO partners is an advantage.
