Job Description

The Opportunity

This opportunity is best suited for candidates in their penultimate/ final year of study.

Our Team : Our world-class L48 Data Team is dedicated to empowering our clients to make informed decisions in the ever-evolving landscape of global energy transitions. We achieve this by harnessing cutting-edge cloud and distributed computing technologies to collect vast amounts of data and conduct in-depth explorations for valuable insights.

About the role: You will work with a team of data professionals to manage data sources, resolve data quality issues through automation, and utilize a cloud computing platform for data injection, data processing, and tracking data profile changes. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop expertise in tackling the most challenging big data problems, paving your path to becoming a data leader.

Qualifications

Requirements

Studying towards a Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Computer Science/ or Computer Engineering.

Applicants must have the legal Right to Work in the country this role is based in. We are unable to sponsor employment visas at this time.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for

· Strong collaboration skills

· The ability to creatively problem-solve

· An analytical mind and eye for detail

· Great written and verbal communication

· Willingness to learn about our business from the ground up

· Knowledge of ETL processes and methodologies.

· Effective utilization of Python and data visualization tools like Excel charts and PowerBI.

· Familiarity with full-stack web development; entry-level experience is preferred.
