 Role Summary   MetaPhase is seeking a Data Lead with 10+ years of experience to support the National Risk Management Center (NRMC) within the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). The NRMC supports CISA's mission by identifying, assessing, and prioritizing strategic risks to national critical functions and collaborating on the development of strategies and approaches to manage risks to critical functions.  The Data Analytics Lead will be leading MetaPhase’s efforts with the NRMC by supporting the Critical Infrastructure Risk Analysis (CIRA) and serving as the lead analyst for the team.  What You Will Be Doing    
  • Recommend a requirements management process to include comprehensive workflows, quality control and quality assurance plans
  • Create customized and intuitive user interfaces and dashboards using DHS-approved technologies on the Technology Reference Model (TRM) that maximize data accessibility, consistency, integrity, accuracy, and integration and enhance NRMC's ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Be responsible for technical data collection, processing and maintenance, data management, data services, extract/transform/load, and archival, recovery, and implementation of data
  • Identify opportunities and develop strategies to support data management through integrating data-related capabilities into the organization’s ongoing efforts
 What We Need From You (Required)    
  • At least ten (10) years of experience supporting the enhancement of the organization’s analytic capability as it addresses systemic enterprise data challenges (e.g., data gaps, data access, data visibility, data interoperability, data architecture and integration, data management, data governance, and data lifecycle)
  • A working knowledge and understanding of the following concepts: Data Management, Enterprise Data Management (EDM), Data Science, Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Cleaning, Data Validation; apply and demonstrate proficiency in Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) Processing, Data Collection, and Requirement Gathering
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analytics software (e.g., Business Intelligence, Tableau, Esri, Microsoft Power BI).
  • Ability to think strategically about business and technical challenges around data & analytics in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience in presenting and communicating the results of analysis to project stakeholders

  • Extensive knowledge supporting the development of large-scale projects and deliverables to present to clients
  • Expertise in program research methodologies and best practices
 Work Location   Arlington, VA    Travel   Hybrid (In-Person and/or Teleworking) Education Level   Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
