Data Entry Technician

Leidos is looking for a Data Entry Technician to join our Washington, DC team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the VCF in reviewing typewritten or handwritten Witness Presence Statements (WPS)

• Pull specific information from the WPS which will include: Witness name, location given, date of affidavit and other data points. The data points will then be typed into coding fields in a database.

• Training will be provided on how to extract the relevant information and what to enter in the database

Basic Qualifications:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• One to two (1-2) years of general data entry experience to include experience operating an alphanumeric keyboard and operating a variety of office automation equipment and personal computers

• Attention to detail extremely important

• Ability to consistently deliver highest quality work under extreme pressure will be very important

• Must have high school diploma or GED certificate

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word

• Experience with Relativity, valued.

• Active Public Trust Clearance preferred.

This position is covered under the Service Contract Act and is subject to minimum requirements. Leidos ensures that all provisions are satisfied. The pay for this position will be $18.16/hr.
