Responsibilities

MV Transportation is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Intern. This position will focus on accurately inputting training records and documentation into our database, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal and regulatory standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining experience in data management, training operations, and the transportation industry.

 

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter employee training records, certifications, and documentation into the system.
• Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing digital and physical records.
• Organize, scan, and archive training documents according to company procedures.
• Assist the Training and HR teams with reporting needs from the database.
• Flag incomplete or inconsistent entries and follow up with appropriate personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with care.
• Perform other administrative and data-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Talent Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
