Data Entry Clerk (Moving I-4 Forward)

Job Description

Overview 

We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our Moving I-4 Forward project in Kissimmee, FL.

Your role 

• · Entering and maintaining candidate and onboarding data in internal systems.

• · Assisting with tracking workforce development candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process.

• · Assist with recruiting efforts for new leads through initial phone calls and emails, as well as follow-ups throughout the onboarding process.

• · Supporting documentation, preparation and organization for new hires.

• · Coordinating administrative aspects of onboarding workflows.

• · Ensuring records are complete, accurate, and updated timely.

• · Assisting the team with general clerical and administrative tasks related to recruitment operations.

Additional Administrative / Clerical Support

In addition to recruitment support, this role could also assist the team with general administrative coordination, including:

• · Tracking OIT service tickets and monitoring progress.

• o IT Asset Inventory

• o Software Licensing & Subscriptions

• o User accounts & Devices

• o IT Service requests

• o Projects

• o IT Purchase requests

• · Coordinating with OIT on status updates and follow-ups.

• · Assist Facility Manager with tracking facilities issues and monitor resolution progress.

• · Assisting with obtaining quotes for project related items.

• · Maintaining tracking logs for OIT service requests and facilities items.

• · Drafting status updates, reports, and follow-up emails for the team.

• · Providing general clerical and data tracking support to assist team operations.

• · Other related duties.

About you 

• High school diploma (or equivalent) plus six months related experience is required.

• Must be highly articulate, have clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and good

decision-making abilities. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Additional information 

Expected compensation range is between $52,000-$68,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
