Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data into company systems and databases.
• Verify and review data for errors, discrepancies, or missing information.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client information.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry processes.
• Generate reports and summaries as required by the team.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic typing skills with high accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
