Data Entry Associate - ONSITE

Job Summary:

Compiles, sorts and organizes data for computer entry. Reads source documents and enters information into computer system. Generates summary reports and makes inventory entries in computer management systems.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

• High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
• Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred

Essential Functions:

• Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of information before it is entered into data system. Assists in chart review and thorough, accurate data collection.
• Compares data with source documents in verification format to detect errors. Stores completed documents in appropriate locations.
• Maintaining logs of activities and completed work.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
