Job Description:

We are seeking a self-motivated Data Enablement Lead to work within the Mars Enterprise Consolidation team. In this role you will be responsible for the master data and hierarchies in our OneStream consolidation system. You will act as a subject matter expert leading all periodic changes for Accounts, Entity, Flow, Brand, Product and Reporting Levels ensuring that updates to OneStream align and are compatible with other financial systems in our ecosystem.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of a BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related.
• 5+ years experience in EPM systems, preferably in OneStream
• Knowledge of Legal Entity Consolidations and US GAAP accounting principles
• Experience in maintaining finance master data and updating master data hierarchies.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Periodic creation and maintenance of the Finance master data in OneStream
• Collaborate with other system platform owners ensuring changes to master data is effectively communicated and executed before the period close process starts.
• Create and document procedures related to Mater Data and maintain SOX related controls.

• Partner with the OneStream administration group to come up with reporting solutions that can be solved with master data changes.

• Partner with Controllership, FP&A and the OneStream support team on source to OneStream mappings.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
