Data Collections

Data Collections Looking for someone to help us put together a list of organizations and contacts that we want to reach out to regarding their organization’s participation. This person will be putting together lists and researching companies that may be interested in attending our events. This may include local businesses, zoos, restaurants, parks etc., children's museums and others.

Job Duties

• using methods to gather information about a specific topic
• developing ideas to improve an organization's data collection methods
• designing and using tools such as surveys, interviews and observations to obtain information
• validating information to clean data sets
• incorporating statistical methods to analyse and interpret information
• updating databases and scheduling software maintenance
• maintaining information confidentiality and high ethical information standards

Requirements

• Will have to pass background check
• Will need to use their own personal computer
