It is an exciting launchpad for technical professionals who want to build the physical backbone of modern computing.</p> <p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p> <p>The Data Center Deployment Technician II is a mid-level role requiring 2–3 years of hands-on data center experience. This position is responsible for the full lifecycle of structured cabling tasks, including labeling, bundling, dressing, porting, and Quality Control / Quality Assurance for fiber optic and copper cabling.</p> <p>Data Center Deployment Technician II team members are expected to work independently, follow client standards, and support project leadership by ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently. This role also supports and mentors Level I technicians as needed.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform end-to-end labeling of fiber optic and copper cables in accordance with client standards and drawings.</li> <li>Bundle, dress, and route cables to meet data center best practices and client specifications.</li> <li>Port and connect cables to panels, switches, and hardware per design documentation.</li> <li>Ensure proper cable management, bend radius, slack, and overall presentation.</li> <li>Perform QC/QA checks on assigned work to confirm:</li> <li>Accurate and consistent labeling at both ends.</li> <li>Correct port placement per documentation.</li> <li>Proper cable dressing, routing, and bundling.</li> <li>No visible cable damage,
