Summary of Job Duties:
The Data and Reporting Specialist supports Global Campus in the effective management, analysis, interpretation, and dissemination of data. Accesses information held in databases to respond to scheduled and ad hoc requests for statistical and analytical data and reports. Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets. Thinks strategically to support data collection regarding data handling, structure, and reporting procedures. Consults with clients to identify project scope, needs, and requirements. Creates and maintains various monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and dashboards, including providing narrative and visual resources for communicating data for assigned projects. Provides proactive technical assistance and guidance in relation to report and data requests. Supports teams in continuous improvement of the use of data to drive operational decision-making. Creates and maintains data visualization tools to support operational decision-making. Identifies appropriate data repositories and information sources/systems, formulates data inquiry questions and answers, identifies and recommends new data architecture for existing and new UA datasets for the collection of online degree, credit and profApply for this role
