- Responsible for driving strategy and delivery across data and process workflows across all our product and best practices to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Recommend solutions to problems by identifying and implementing improvements in our data management process.
- Enhance the quality, consistency, and accuracy of all reporting for management and XFN.
- Create and maintain documentation on data and process policies.
- Ensure data integrity practices and procedures are implemented and adhered to for quality compliance and to meet industry standards.
- Identify, plan, and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity by reducing wasted time, rework, etc.
- resulting in business improvement and satisfaction.
- Demonstrate thought leadership through participation or leadership of stakeholder/advisory groups and presentations.
- Consult with leaders and teams across the organization to identify, diagnose, and problem solve organizational development and effectiveness problems and solutions.
- Create team processes for optimizing results.
- Drive exceptional service quality in all facets of the program through reinforcing high standards and coordinating cross-team efforts.
- Act as a functional bridge amongst internal stakeholders, collaborate and partner with other teams across different offices and geographies, especially internal/external, local/global stakeholders and remote teams.
- Partner with global teams to exchange best practices, align processes and prototype new initiatives.
- Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field (foreign equivalent accepted) and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
- Experience must include 36 months involving the following:
- 1. SQL
- 2. Business Reviews
- 3. Data quality
- 4. Data visualization
- 5. Data analytics
- 6. Program management
- 7. Release management
- 8. Defect management
- 9. Data management, and
- 10. Tableau.
