This is a remote position, with travel to client locations as necessary to support delivery.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leading all aspects of delivery for assigned project/program, including client and internal relationships
Leading a diverse team of Data and AI resources to deliver FOAK projects based on ManTech’s project methodology
Maintaining complex project timelines and tracking deliverables. Managing project scope against the contractual baseline and or statement of objectives
Coordinating project/program management meetings, and preparation of briefings and presentations (client and corporate audiences)
Gathering data and updating project/program financial status reports, forecasts, and PM model. Explaining technical issues clearly and accurately to both technical and non-technical audiences. Identifies opportunities for organic contract growth
Gathering pre and post-implementation facts to contribute to the documentation of the ROI and other Business Case components for the Past Performance write-up; Documents Past Performance write-ups
Lead project Process Controls for the Data and AI PMO for all project types, including programs owned by the practice, supported by the practice, staffed by the practice, and internal research and development initiatives. Incorporating process updates as needed to support practice growth. Have people management responsibilities as the practice and PMO grows. Minimum 25% client billable work
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering relevant experience acceptable in lieu of preferred degree) and a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant leadership and Project Management experience
Experience supporting Federal Clients. Experience with Data & AI projects with a diverse team of resources.
Experience tailoring the project/program management plan and contractual deliverables / project artifacts to adapt to the practice
