Data Analyst-PowerBI (Secret Cleared)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI to join our analytics team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to support business decision-making. This role involves transforming large datasets into meaningful insights using Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance through data-driven solutions. Secret clearance or higher required.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights for various business functions.
• Develop, design, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide meaningful data visualizations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs, create custom reports, and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
• Use advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and relationships in data sets to support business decisions.
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy within reports and dashboards.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by leadership or business teams, delivering insights in a clear, concise manner.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) across the business to track performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Work with IT and other departments to optimize data collection and storage processes for reporting purposes.
• Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features, trends, and industry best practices in data analysis and visualization.
• Train and support end-users in accessing and interpreting Power BI reports and dashboards.
