This is a mid-level role for someone with 1-3 years of experience who can not only extract insights, but also partner cross-functionally to influence strategic decisions and identify areas for the team to increase impact. You will help the Talent Analytics team continue to pursue our mission of driving value for RVO Health through our people.&nbsp;</p> <h2>Where You'll Be</h2> <p><strong>Location: Charlotte Metro Area (Fort Mill, SC) | Hybrid</strong></p> <p>We believe great collaboration happens when we're together, solving problems, learning from each other, and connecting as a team. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.</p> <p>Office address: 1101 Red Ventures Dr. Fort Mill, SC 29707</p> </section> <section class="Job_column2__EY2DH"> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Conduct advanced data analyses, generate insights and a compelling story, and present to Talent Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team members</li> <li>Collaborate with Finance and Talent leadership to inform the organization about workforce planning and budgetary insights&nbsp;</li> <li>Build analytical tools, such as self-service BI products and interactive dashboards, that visualize and analyze data.</li> <li>Build reporting solutions – telling the right people the right information at the right time</li> </ul> <h2>What We’re Looking For</h2> <ul> <li>1-3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, with an emphasis on workforce and talent insights.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with experience demonstrating an aptitude to compile data in comprehensive reports, analyze trends, and make fact-based recommendations.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations to leadership</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working well with business stakeholders</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to streamline and automate processes</li> <li>Experience with visualization tools such as Quicksight, Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI, or Looker to build dyna
