Data Analyst Marketing (m|f|x)

We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. As part of the Data Insights team, you will be responsible for monitoring, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing and its impact on the wider organization. You will work closely with Data Engineering teams and Marketing to ensure that all company and marketing insights are aligned and reported on holistically.

About your new role

• You will conduct in-depth analysis of the performance of marketing campaigns and their impact on the company's KPIs, as well as provide KPI reports to stakeholders and promote education on data-driven decision making.
• You will develop and implement marketing dashboards to support data-driven decision making, as well as proactively drive the automation of key reports and development of analytical products and tools.
• You will act as an expert in marketing analytics and implement innovative solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• You will work with stakeholders across Marketing and Finance to drive cross-functional improvements to existing models and infrastructure. In particular, you'll work closely with the data engineering team to deliver efficient and comprehensive insights.
• Active participation in the strategic development and optimisation of the business analytics and reporting landscape is also part of your tasks and core competencies.

Skills & Requirements

• You have a Bachelor's degree in a related field with more than 2 years of professional experience in business analytics, preferably in online business and marketing.
• You have the ability to identify key metrics that measure and drive the long-term success of a business.
• You have a good knowledge of SQL and Excel, as well as Tableau or similar visualisation tools. Technical knowledge in Python or comparable knowledge in R is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both with business stakeholders and technical colleagues, and a willingness to learn and get hands-on will set you apart.
• You are a problem solver and have the ability to work easily in a cross-functional environment.
