We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing technology team, reporting directly into our lead Data Architect. This role is responsible for working with internal ZenQMS stakeholders and customers to define, collaborate, implement, deliver and maintain reporting and analytics related deliverables. The Data Analyst should be comfortable discussing technical requirements with ZenQMS customers.  

This is a full-time role, eligible for an excellent benefits and total rewards package, and hybrid to our headquarters located in beautiful Suburban Square, Ardmore (PA).

Responsibilities: 

• Communicate effectively with customers and our customer success team members on clarifying reporting needs. 
• Translate business requirements into specifications for new or enhanced reports/dashboards.
• Work with data architects and other engineers to identify and define data requirements, identifying missing data points, and validating extracted data as needed.
• Design, build and operationalize dynamic data dashboards and visualizations in GoodData.
• Investigate and resolve any data discrepancies in a timely manner and present findings to management.
• Be willing to learn, write, and execute PostgreSQL and Python code
• Participate in Agile project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, PowerBI or equivalent
• Familiarity with ETL tools/processes a plus
• Attention to detail with the ability to quickly conduct complex analyses and distill key insights.
• Candidates should be able to work out of our Ardmore HQ 1-2 days/week alongside collaborating team members.
