Data Analyst

This is a fully remote and full-time opportunity open to candidates located across the US. 

The Role

• Support end‑to‑end payroll activities for North America, ensuring accuracy, and timeliness.
• Review and validate data input by Analytics Team.
• Monitor and assist with various payroll discrepancies.
• Import and analyze data files from various internal/external sources.

Analysis, Reporting & Reconciliation

• Prepare and analyze payroll reports, reconciliations, variance analyses et all. 
• Support year‑end activities.
• Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities using payroll data.

Stakeholder & Vendor Partnership

• Serve as a key point of contact for payroll‑related inquiries escalated from Service Now or internal partners.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, HRIT teams to resolve complex payroll issues.
• Liaise with payroll vendors (e.g., ADP) to support system updates, issue resolution, and enhancements.

Process Improvement & Projects

• Contribute to payroll standardization and improvement initiatives.
• Support payroll system changes, testing, and implementations, including enhancements and regulatory updates.
• Document payroll processes and controls to support operational consistency.

The Requirements 

• 3–5 years of Data Analytics experience supporting multi‑state U.S. payroll; Canada experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and explain payroll data.
• Experience with payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now and/or Vantage preferred).
• Proficiency in Alteryx, Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Clear, professional communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Comfort working cross‑functionally and adapting to change.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation.
