We’re looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about uncovering insights, building dynamic reports, and leveraging AI to optimize decision-making. What You’ll Do:
- Design and develop sophisticated SQL queries, Python scripts, and Power BI reports to support strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Lead analytical projects that deliver deep business insights and inform critical decisions.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data through robust validation and governance processes.
- Manage and optimize data integration pipelines from multiple sources into our AWS Data Lake.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data models and reporting solutions.
- Foster a data-driven culture by training teams on dashboards and analytics best practices.
- Drive continuous improvements in BI systems and processes by incorporating advanced analytical techniques and emerging tools.
- Provide guidance on AI-driven reporting tools and explore opportunities to scale reporting capabilities.
What You Bring:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field with 2+ years of experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI (including DAX and Power Query) to build complex models and dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of database management and cloud-based data storage (AWS S3, Athena).
- Experience with Google Analytics and web analytics reporting.
- A keen eye for data storytelling, ensuring reports are both actionable and visually compelling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot data inconsistencies and work closely with data engineers.
- Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex data insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points For:
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling.
- Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis.
- Exposure to financial or media industry data and trends.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by several factors, including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We constantly review all teammate pay to ensure a great compensation package that is fair and equitable across the board.
