Role Description:
 
We are looking for a  Data Analyst who will assist site cost managers and the client program director in the execution of all reporting and ad hoc needs to meet financial reporting and audit requirements monthly. 

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Execution & Change Management

• Lead business process and Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives to support integrated EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement "grassroots" change through data mapping, training, and OCM strategies.

Data Analysis & Risk Trend Reporting

• Analyze datasets across multiple projects, sub-regions, and regions to identify risk trends and recommend escalation points at regional and portfolio levels.
• Conduct analytics on sparse datasets to generate actionable insights for risk mitigation.
• Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards for real-time risk analytics and reporting (experience with PowerBI preferred).

Compliance & Performance Monitoring

• Produce monthly risk appetite reports, comparing trends against predefined tolerance thresholds.
• Deliver weekly status updates on the execution of the Risk Management Operating Model (RoB) across stakeholder teams.
• Ensure all reporting and processes adhere to OSHA compliance standards and company safety protocols.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• BS and/or Equivalent Related Experience(5+ yrs) 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 
• Excellent IT skills – Excel/Word/PowerPoint, MS Invoice, Compass, PowerBI, SAP 
• Driven, enthusiastic, and committed to continued professional development 
• Analytical, commercially aware, and fantastic attention to detail 
• Self-starter - Ability to work to deadlines and excellent time management skills 
• Well organized with clarity of thought 
• Ability to manage and inspire direct reports to meet company and client standards
