About this Position

Position will support overall departmental risk assessment objectives, to include development of an online insurance pre-licensing course audit & surveillance program. Primary roles and responsibilities include identifying trends to reduce risk and collaborating with departmental leadership to support field growth.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Support development of online pre-licensing course surveillance protocol.
• Design reports to identify current trends that may affect course effectiveness or compliance with state regulatory requirements.  
• Collaborate with leaders to identify opportunities to increase licensing percentages and reduce risks.          

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Actively working towards a college degree in Data or Business Analytics or related fields.  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other software applications used for organizing, analyzing and visualizing data.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
