The opportunity

• Your analyses will inform our web3 & onchain products impacting the assets we list, their performance and liquidy

• Translate onchain data findings into actionable strategies that bolster our customer acquisition efforts or product offerings

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by proactively monitoring product performance metrics and conducting in-depth analyses to identify areas for optimization.

• Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing to spearhead projects that boost the user experience and health of our crypto investment ecosystem.

• Act as a key advisor, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making processes related to asset performance and optimizing key financial levers such as risk caps

• Utilize data modeling and data engineering expertise to manage and analyze large internal datasets as well as onchain datasets.

Skills you should HODL 

• You have 2+ years of professional experience working within the cryptocurrency ecosystem and financial markets.

• Experienced Analyst: With 2+ years in the data analytics field, you're a pro with SQL, scripting languages (Python, R), data modeling and pipelining.

• Statistically Minded: You have a firm grasp of statistical concepts and experience with BI software (Superset/Tableau).

• Technologically Versatile: Experienced with data warehouse development and best practices, you're also eager to learn new technolo
