Description

ASC Engineered Solutions is looking for a Data Analyst who is responsible for generating actionable insights from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM data to support sales performance, strategic decision-making, and pipeline management. This role helps shape how leadership uses data to identify growth opportunities, monitor performance, and improve forecasting accuracy. 

How You Will Help

• Create dashboards and reports to support sales, marketing, and leadership visibility 
• Analyze CRM data to track pipeline health, user behavior, and engagement trends 
• Identify data inconsistencies and support governance initiatives to maintain data integrity 
• Work with the CRM Manager to define KPIs and success metrics 
• Support forecasting, project pursuit tracking, and quote-to-close analysis 
• Contribute to CRM roadmap development with insights on usage and performance 

What You Will Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, CRM reporting, or business intelligence 
• Proficiency in PowerBI, Excel (Power Query, PivotTables), and SQL for data manipulation and visualization. 
•  Experience with DAX, Power Automate, or Azure Data Service 
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, KPIs, and CRM data models 
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and drive adoption of reporting tools 

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 USD annually*.
