Data Analysis Manager

Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
 Provide US data analysis support for the head of US Fulfillment and other leadership team;
 Provide data for weekly and monthly business reviews, which include business process optimization indicators, workforce performance indicators, capacity planning recommendations, etc.
 Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc.
 Work within time constraints to meet critical business needs.

Job Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree and above in data analysis, business analysis or related field;
 6+ years of data analysis experiences in top E-commerce companies;
 Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools;
 Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up; Works well under pressure with the ability to prioritize competing deliverables;
 Proficient oral and written communication skills.
