Work Schedule:
This is a full time 1.0 FTE position. Scheduled hours between 10:00am – 8:30pm. Every other weekend required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Work as a talented culinary expert to compose and prepare meals from scratch. The Food Production Cook is responsible for hot and cold food production in a high-volume kitchen. Enjoy this fast-paced, team environment while being able to quickly problem-solve and make decisions. External hires may be eligible for up to a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
We are seeking a Room Service Line Cook to:
- Prepare large volumes of food with a high level of complexity, variety, and quality. Prepare entrees, sandwiches, soups, starches, vegetables, sauces, and desserts for general diets and modified diets.
- Assess quality and condition of ingredients used in food production.
- Prepare food production reports and documentation.

Education:
Minimum – High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred – Associates degree in Culinary, Hospitality, or Nutrition
Work Experience:
Minimum – One (1) year experience in high volume food production setting
Preferred – Two (2) years’ experience in high volume food production setting
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum – ServSafe certification required within six (6) months of hire
