PURPOSE STATEMENT
Supply Chain Senior Analyst role that will play a crucial part in transforming the efficiency of our supply chain processes. The primary focus will be on enhancing spoilage risk and root cause reporting, ensuring that potential risks are identified, analyzed, and mitigated to accelerate margin improvement on the P&L.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES
1. Spoilage Risk Reporting
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to identify potential spoilage risks.
• Generate regular reports on spoilage risk factors, including product shelf life, demand fluctuations, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for comprehensive risk assessments.
2. Data Analysis and Modeling:
• Utilize data analytics tools to conduct in-depth analysis of historical data and current trends related to spoilage risks.
• Develop models to predict and quantify spoilage risks based on various factors such as seasonality, market trends, and production cycles.
3. Collaboration with Stakeholders:
• Work closely with marketing, sales, finance, production, and logistics teams to gather information on product specifications, demand forecast, and production schedule.
• Collaborate with marketing to assess the potential risks associated with inventory and choose and execute a risk mitigation strategy.
4. Risk Mitigation Strategies:
• Devise strategies to mitigate spoilage risks, including optimizing inventory levels, sales promotions, and donation of products.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements to reduce spoilage risks and enhance overall supply chain resilience.
5. Performance Monitoring:
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of spoilage risk mitigation strategies.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented measures, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
6. Root Cause Analysis:
• Documentation, use of tools and reporting of key drivers of spoilage
• Generate and present regular reports to management, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations.
7. Continuous Learning and Development:
• Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advancements in supply chain management.
• Proactively seek opportunities for professional development to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree required; Minimum 4 years of experience.
- Finance, Accounting, Sales & marketing and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
- MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$81,940.00 - $110,860.00
