Join our team and join forces with colleagues across our business to maximise our company’s positive impact on patients and their families.</p> <p> </p> <p>What the job looks like<br/> Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:</p> <p>Operational responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Steering personnel planning process, including forecasting processes and budget planning process in close alignment with Finance &amp; Controlling</li> <li>Further standardization and automation of HR Controlling</li> <li>Performing ad-hoc analyzes and regular reportings (annual report, FTE reporting etc.</li> <li>Monitoring of data quality and process improvements on data maintenance</li> <li>Project member for HR projects</li> </ul> <p><br/> Strategic Responsibilities:</p> <p>Development and implementation of a People Analytics concept</p> <ul> <li>Overall responsibility for steering and development of further analytic tools and definition of KPIs etc.</li> <li>Definition and further development of HR reporting, including establishment of global standards</li> <li>Further development of HR Controlling in close alignment with HR Business Partners, HR Information systems and our Finance &amp; Controlling organization</li> <li>Responsibility for harmonization of HR data within different HR-IT system</li> </ul> <p><br/> What you'll bring to the table<br/> To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:</p> <ul> <li>University degree with a major in Business Administration, IT or industrial engineering with a focus in HR Controlling &amp; People Analytics</li> <li>At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Controlling and relevant working experience in HR Controlling</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR</li> <li>Skilled in developing and implementing KPIs</li> <li>International experience is a plus </li> <li>Track record of working with diverse stakeholders</li> <li>Analytical Mindset</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What are some of the local benefits</p> <ul> <li>Hybrid working model</li> <li>Bilingual daycare centre “Karlinis“ and holiday activities for employees’ children</li> <li>30 holidays, plus 6-8 bridging days and possibility to convert salary into up to 5 additional holidays</li> <li>(E-) Bike leasing and e-charging stations</li> </ul> <p>   </p>
