Department: PRH Receiving / Storeroom
Location: Unity Hospital
Hours Per: Week: 40/hrs
Schedule: Days 8a to 4:30p Monday - Friday

SUMMARY: Coordinates Inventory replenishment and management for multiple inventory locations. Provides back up leadership to department Manager as needed. Assists with inventory projects and Materials Management Information System as requested.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains adequate and appropriate materials for an effective and efficient inventory/operation for all Inventory locations.

• Develops and maintains inventory levels for all inventory locations.

• Communicates with outside vendors on delivery and price reconciliations.

• Responsible for maintaining Materials Management Information System controls receipts, issues and on hands. Works closely with Distribution Manager on same.

• Maintains appropriate inventory level for RGHS and affiliates.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or equivalent combination of education or experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Detail oriented with the ability to give and receive positive and constructive feedback.

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive leadership/supervisory experience is preferred.

• Strong analytical, computer, and communication skills.

• Minimum of 3 years experience with supply process and distribution of materials.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

H - Heavy Work - Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Requires constant walking, standing or squatting.
