Please visit www.bruker.com.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>We are looking for an HR Controlling &amp; Reporting Analyst BBIO Global (f/m/d) for our location in Ettlingen to expand our global HR Team. </strong></p> <p> </p> <p>As an HR Controlling &amp; Reporting Analyst at BBIO Global, you will play a crucial role in analysing and reporting on HR data to support strategic decision-making. Your insights will help optimize workforce management, enhance efficiency, and drive organizational success. </p> <h2>Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten</h2> <ul> <li>Development of a modern HR controlling</li> <li>Establishment and further development of HR controlling and reporting in SAP (SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM) and MS Office products</li> <li>Sub-project management and responsibility for HR controlling and reporting projects in order to proactively drive the continuous improvement of KPIs in the HR area</li> <li>Creating &amp; optimizing recurring standard HR reports, statistics, and trends for various stakeholder groups (e.g. Executive Management, HR, Finance, etc.) on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly base</li> <li>Supporting and monitoring of the HR related forecast, budget process, cost control, internal/external audits incl. analysis and recommendations for action</li> <li>Implement and further development of the solution EasyReserves in SAP HCM for the automated creation of provisions (time balances, absence contingent entitlements, special payments, variable pay components) in the BBIO countries with payroll in SAP OnPremise </li> <li>Implementation of a monitoring &amp; warning solution for possible HR budget overruns or KPIs that fall outside the usual range</li> <li>Agile collaboration with Finance &amp; FI Controlling to drive the development of further KPIs across BBIO</li> <li>Continuously analyzing the data quality in the HR systems across BBIO incl. requesting &amp; monitoring the necessary corrections</li> <li>Coordinating, monitoring, and supporting the annual compensation cycle in BBIO, which is managed globally and across the entire groups by Corporate Compensation</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifikationen</h2> <p>To be successful in that position, you will need:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li> <li>Work experience of at least 6 - 8 years desirable</li> <li>A proficiency in HR technology and data analysis</li> <li>Very good knowledge of German and English (min.
