About you and this role
We are looking for a Customer Service Improvement Specialist to join our team in Terneuzen, The Netherlands.
As Customer Service Improvement Specialist, you support business growth by identifying and implementing Customer Experience Projects, New Tools, best practices that could increase team productivity, efficiency and cost reduction. This role uses conceptual, technical and analytical knowledge to complete a range of assignments and tasks, with need of limited guidance and direction.
This role will focus in Customer Service Operation for Coatings & Performance Monomers Business and have a close collaboration with other functions to increase End to End (E2E) productivity and to achieve Business Strategy/Goals.
Responsibilities
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of Company/Business processes and tools.
- Serve as next level support and escalate operational/technical issues.
- Identify opportunity areas within the team and drive action plan. These opportunities can be associated but not limited to improve operation discipline, team productivity, process knowledge/tools, costs impact, KPI/Goals associated to Business Priorities, others.
- Collaborate Closely with Focal Points/Super Users, Subject Matter Expert (SME), Learning and Support, Coach forum, Business Leadership to achieve Business Excellence.
- Support Customer Service Leadership team to Improve Team Performance.

Qualifications
- You have minimum a bachelor’s Degree.
- 3 years’ of relevant experience preferred.
- Super Users-Coaching experience.
Preferred Skills
- Continuous Improvement (CI) Training and a successful project implementation is a Plus.
