NOW HIRING IMMEDIATELY: LEAD BARTENDER (RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE)  – DRYBAR CLAYTONFLEXIBLE SCHEDULES, FREE BLOWOUTS, PAID TRAINING, $15–$22 (w/ commission opportunities) per HOUR(Compensation includes hourly pay + commissions + monthly bonuses)

We’re looking for a standout Lead Bartender (our version of a front desk team lead!) to help deliver over-the-top customer service, drive sales, and set the tone for a fun and fast-paced bar experience at Drybar Clayton. This role is part Bartender, part sales leader, and part mentor—perfect for someone who thrives on connecting with people, coaching a team, and making sure every guest leaves feeling like a ten.

 

Drybar is a blow dry-only bar and our philosophy is simple. Focus on one thing and be the best at it. For us that’s blowouts. In fact, our tagline says it all: No cuts. No color. Just blowouts. We are looking for fantastic retail sales associates to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: 

• Leading front desk operations with confidence and warmth

• Driving membership and retail sales through goal setting and performance tracking

• Supporting your fellow Bartenders by modeling top-tier service and multitasking skills

• Collaborating with leadership to ensure a consistent guest experience and smooth daily flow

• Managing client outreach, follow-ups, and community partnerships

• Jumping in to help with special events, offsite bookings, and other fun Drybar moments

YOU'LL THRIVE IF YOU HAVE:

• 1+ years of front desk, retail, or customer service leadership experience

• Strong communication skills and a go-getter attitude

• The ability to juggle tasks and make things happen

• Great customer service and the ability to sell 

• Experience with booking systems (MindBody experience is a plus!)

• Availability on weekends and flexibility during peak hours!

• A passion for the beauty industry and Drybar’s brand
