This role goes beyond “making things look good”, you’ll design visuals that <strong>support business goals, tell clear stories, and influence decisions</strong>.</p> <p>Your primary focus will be <strong>PowerPoint presentations and business graphics</strong>, with opportunities over time to contribute to <strong>website design and product UI</strong>.</p> <p>You’ll work closely with leadership, product, and go-to-market teams to translate complex ideas into clear, polished, and effective visuals.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design <strong>executive-level PowerPoint decks</strong> for sales, customers, partners, and investors</li> <li>Create <strong>business visuals</strong> (process flows, system diagrams, data visuals, frameworks)</li> <li>Help structure presentations so they <strong>tell a clear business story</strong>, not just slides</li> <li>Develop and maintain <strong>templates</strong> for decks, one-pagers, and internal docs</li> <li>Support <strong>office and brand design needs</strong> (signage, printed materials, internal visuals)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Growth Areas</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist with <strong>website design</strong> and visual updates</li> <li>Contribute to <strong>UI design</strong> for product interfaces and dashboards</li> <li>Partner with engineering and product teams on design handoff and iteration</li> <li>Help evolve the company’s <strong>visual and brand system</strong></li> </ul> <h3>What We’re Looking For</h3> <p><strong>Design Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, hierarchy, typography, color)</li> <li>Advanced experience with <strong>PowerPoint</strong></li> <li>Proficiency in <
