Job Summary As the full time Spa Director, you'll oversee our exquisite spa facilities at our 4 Diamond resort. Your realm will include 6 elegantly designed treatment rooms, a fully-equipped fitness center, and an adults-only lap pool that epitomizes tranquility. Under your guidance, our poolside cabanas with butler service and internet, a chic spa boutique, and the innovative Vibro Acoustic Lounger will flourish. Your leadership will ensure the spa's success, from revenue growth to innovative marketing strategies, all while maintaining the highest 4 Diamond service standards. You will also oversee the operation of our on-site boutique store and gift shop.    Key Responsibilities Elevate the guest experience in our diverse facilities, ensuring they meet the 4 Diamond standards of luxury and tranquility.

• Creatively market and promote our unique spa services, including our 6 distinctive treatment rooms and Vibro Acoustic Lounger.
• Drive operational excellence within all spa areas, including the fitness center, pool, and boutique.
• Identify and implement industry trends to enhance our 4 Diamond spa offerings.
• Inspire and lead your team, fostering an environment of excellence and luxury.
• Maintain rigorous standards in recruitment, training, and team development.
• Effectively manage budgets, staff scheduling, inventory, and cost control, reflecting our commitment to 4 Diamond standards.
• Coordinate seamlessly with other departments to anticipate business needs and deliver exceptional service.

  Qualifications

• Required: Experience in spa management, ideally within a 4 Diamond or equivalent luxury setting
• Strong computer skills, fluent in English, and a comprehensive understanding of luxury hotel services and facilities
• Retail experience plus as the right candidate could oversee our retail operation for an expanded role.
• Preferred: College Degree or equivalent education
