Sr. Associate, Business Operations (Quit for Life)

Quit For Life is the leading provider of tobacco cessation services in the United States, providing access to evidence-based treatment for nearly 100M people. The B2B2C business serves multiple markets, including payers, employers, and state governments, and delivers services through multiple modalities, including telephonic, digital, and SMS.

As a Business Operations Senior Associate, you will be accountable for optimizing KPI performance, pursuing strategic growth initiatives, and improving operational efficiency. You will have the opportunity to make an impact on all facets of the business, working as part of a collaborative, world-class team of subject matter experts. 

In this role, you can aim to develop skills associated with a future career as a business operator or general manager. Your work will impact the health of hundreds of thousands of people every year.

What You’ll Do

• Become the point person for financial and operational performance. Leverage data to explain results, identify key growth or efficiency levers, and prioritize strategic initiatives
• Work directly with senior leadership to assess new market opportunities, operational improvements, and product investments
• Drive data-driven decision-making across the team, becoming a “go to” person for team leaders to partner with on strategic and operational projects
• Develop insights from external market analysis to help inform product development roadmap and GTM strategy
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, Coaching Operations and FP&A teams to set operational and financial targets
• Gain hands-on experience in operations, digital marketing, finance, B2B sales, and strategy

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of business services, product and/or digital operations experience
• A strong financial acumen: ability to understand key P&L drivers, build driver-based models, and analyze leading/lagging indicators
• SQL-knowledge: you understand relational databases and are confident writing your own queries to access data from a reporting layer
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• A data-driven decision-maker: you are able to identify data points needed to inform a decision; you are able to develop data-backed recommendations to support your creative ideas
• A self-starter with a positive attitude that is excited at the prospect of operating in an ambiguous, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal. You are able to deliver and defend recommendations to senior leaders

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $75,000 - $115,000
  *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
