What You'll Do:
As a Financial Service Professional at LPL Financial, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our advisors and investors. Here's a glimpse of what your day-to-day will look like:
Your journey will begin with a four-month training program, during which you will study for and obtain your SIE, receiving extensive training on our clients, systems, and products. Throughout this entire period, you will receive hands-on coaching and support as well as guided on-the-job practice time. Upon graduation from training, you will be onboarded to a team where together you serve as the first point of contact for our Advisors and their Investors, taking 25-30 inbound contacts daily, handling everything from simple account inquiries to supporting complex financial transactions.

What We're Looking For:
We are seeking strong collaborators who excel in a fast-paced, team environment, are passionate about client service, and are interested in building a career in Financial Services. Ideal candidates will have:
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience: 0-2+ years in a client-facing, service-oriented role, ideally in a team-based environment.
- Core Skills: High empathy and a passion for helping people, strong problem-solving abilities with an initiative taking attitude and high sense of ownership, strong attention to detail, proficiency in using computers and customer service software, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously, and a strong curiosity coupled with a desire for continuous learning.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Desirable: Experience in the financial services industry.
Work Schedule and Locations:
Work Schedules: We offer a variety of schedules designed to meet our customers' needs. Applicants must be able to support working a regular shift anytime between the hours of 8am EST and ending as late as 8pm EST Monday-Friday.
Location: The role is based in the office locations mentioned in the job description. Initially, you can expect to spend your training time in the office five days per week to take full advantage of in-person learning and coaching. After training, the expectation is that you will be onsite at least three days per week. Your schedule will depend on the business needs and requirements of your assigned team.
