Rather than inheriting mature systems, you'll help create them—partnering across Operations, HR, Finance, and Technology to build the operating discipline that enables the business to execute consistently as it grows.</p> <p data-start="875" data-end="1206"><strong>WHAT YOU'LL BUILD &amp; LEAD</strong></p> <ul data-start="1241" data-end="2028"> <li data-section-id="hrtrq7" data-start="1241" data-end="1331">Design and implement enterprise operating playbooks and standardized business processes.</li> <li data-section-id="iqcpq5" data-start="1332" data-end="1445">Build KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and business reporting that improve visibility and decision-making.</li> <li data-section-id="dhl9gm" data-start="1446" data-end="1560">Establish operating rhythms, including weekly business reviews, QBRs, governance, and accountability mechanisms.</li> <li data-section-id="v3tvmi" data-start="1561" data-end="1697">Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives from design through implementation, ensuring changes are adopted across the business.</li> <li data-section-id="9ht5cw"
