We are hiring! Join our team, we are looking for an expert in CCM in the area of hydrogen technologies electrolysis for the function and reliability (full-time - 38.5h/week).

Job Description

• Take responsibility: As part of an experienced team, you are an expert in the development of a catalyst-coated membrane (CCM) for the electrolyser (ELY stack), with a focus on performance and functionality
• Live cooperation: You plan ex-situ tests and analyse CCM interfaces in the international development and production network to our lead plant, and support CCM process development
• Reliable implementation: as an expert, you will work proactively in an international environment in process development, provide proactive and cross-functional support in the industrialisation of the PEM electrolyser
• Think holistically: In our growing team, EMC experts share their knowledge of methods and findings in order to constantly improve knowledge and effectiveness

Qualifications

• Personality and way of working: you are committed, motivated, independent, structured and scientific, you are enthusiastic about new and challenging tasks in the field of PEM electrolyser development
• Experience and know-how: you have experience in the field of fuel cell development/electrolyser development with a focus on CCM
• Motivation: enjoy working in a motivated team and with external project partners
• Qualifications: completed technical or scientific education (UNI/TU/FH), electrical engineering, materials science, process engineering, physics, chemistry
• Language: very well written and spoken German and English skills

In addition to all the benefits already named, it is important to us to offer an attractive remuneration package. The gross salary is at least €52,000 p.a. (incl. 13th & 14th salary, 38.5 h/week, collective agreement for the metal industry). Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to make a significant overpayment.
