The Veterinary Eye Center, New York City's premier pet ophthalmology center, with practices in Manhattan and Long Island City, seeks to add a full time Client Care Coordinator to our talented and dedicated team.
We are a state-of-the-art ophthalmology practice with a dynamic, rewarding culture and a focus on employee wellness. The Client Care Coordinator is the first and last point of contact for our clients, our adorable patients, and is the face of the practice. You will work closely with our dedicated clinical staff and be a capable ambassador for the organization to the public, our clients, and to the professional community.

What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients and patients, deliver best in class customer service, and make sure all client questions are answered in an informative and friendly manner
- Communicate and collaborate with staff regarding patient care and client questions
- Document communications and conversations
- Maintain common areas
- Perform intake/discharge duties
- General administrative duties
- Answer multiple phone lines
- Fille/dispense medications per doctor’s orders
- Manage the appointment schedule
- Receive payments for services rendered
What We Need:
- Monday - Friday availability
- Someone with 2 years of veterinary experience in a customer service or client facing role
- A candidate with highly evolved written/verbal communication and organizational skills
- Someone that is comfortable around all types of animals – primarily dogs and cats
- A person who is exceptionally organized and has a keen eye for detail
- Someone with the ability to adapt and work well in a busy environment
- A passion for animals
