Senior Java Developer

Waracle is looking for a Senior Java Developer to join us on a contract basis (Outside IR35).

This role is remote working but may need to work at the client spot sometimes. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure to give you a heads-up.

You’ll be able to work across the stack when required and consult on wider architectural or development paradigms such as security, API architecture and SDLC. You’ll be engaged with senior stakeholders to lead these technical discussions around the java architecture and bring the team together to focus on delivery.

Requirements

• Expert skills with modern Java languages (ideally Java 17)

• Experience with Microservices (SpringBoot)

• Skilled with Open Source technologies, such as Spring and Hibernate

• Strong understanding of Rest Services and RESTful API’s

• Exposure to Maven and Docker

• Experience working in a CI/CD environment
