Pro Shop Associate

Cherokee Hills Golf Club at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is hiring a Full-time Golf Pro Shop Associate to be the primary point of contact for guests at the pro shop, providing friendly and prompt service. This position involves handling transactions, managing tee sheets, assisting with tournaments, and maintaining the pro shop's appearance.

• Open and/or close the pro shop daily.
• Assist with the daily operations of the pro shop.
• Provide friendly and prompt customer service to all guests.
• Update daily tee sheets.
• Assist golf professionals with tournament administration.
• Assist with merchandising the pro shop.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the pro shop.

• High school diploma.
• 1 year of cash handling experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced knowledge of the game of golf.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain a professional status with guests and vendors.
• Ability to maintain a close working relationship with management and co-workers.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand and walk frequently.
• Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs.
