Position Purpose

•    Responsible for driving solutions to enable effective and efficient outcomes for the business through effective collaboration and focus on business success.
•    Apply a broad range of expertise in designing and developing complex IT solutions aligned with business and IT strategies 
•    Analyze user requirements, design new IT application solutions and/or enhancements to existing application solutions in meeting new business needs and in solving business problems. 

Key Responsibilities
1.    Be part of the team that produces the deliverables as specified by Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to support serialization requirements globally. 
2.    Effectively translate business requirements to solutions using  SAP ATTP ,SAP ICH, SAP S4 systems, middleware platforms , and related tools
3.    Work with IT Business Partners to understand business strategy and support IT strategy development.
4.    Deliver Projects meeting timelines and within the project budget. Identify and leverage synergies with other projects and/or processes
5.    Propose strategic solutions to technical problems and implement IT process improvement to streamline operations
6.    Manage stakeholder communications for projects. Produce clear and effective written presentations, memos, etc.
7.    Implement regulatory reporting requirements for serialization for all new markets using SAP ATTP/ S4 and ICH Platforms
8.    Assist in resolving day to day critical issues in production, perform initial analysis and triage issues, collaborate with vendor teams on resolution of issues and collaborate with business teams on testing of issues. 
9.    Coordinate trading partners onboarding activities for US and other markets with master data and serialization operations teams
10.    Support business with DSCSA related enhancements in the exception handling and analytics space by proposing innovative solutions
11.    Implement projects using agile methodology 
12.    Develop self and others through knowledge transfer,  training and project work assignments

Qualifications & Experience
1.    Bachelors degree in computer science , information systems  or equivalent education required
2.    A minimum of 10 years’ experience implementing SAP solutions including serialization for pharmaceutical industry, in FDA and GxP regulated environment.
3.    Demonstrable working knowledge of SAP ATTP, SAP ICH, and SAP S/4 platforms
4.    Knowledge of related SAP areas (Order Management, Sales and Distribution , Manufacturing, Warehouse Management) an advantage 
5.    Working knowledge and experience implementing US DSCSA requirements, lot level traceability, TI/TS  message exchange, VRS, Tracing and Credentialling 
6.    Experience developing specification documents for message exchange with CMOs , Alliance Partners and TPLs with clear understanding of GS1 standards and EPCIS guidelines aligning with the overall serialization architecture 
7.    Experience working on acquisitions and divestitures integrating newly acquired companies into standard serialization architecture and experience with data migration
8.    Working in a matrix organization with ability to manage work across virtual teams and be sensitive to cultural differences.
