Summary/Overview

Horizon3AI provides the capability - NodeZero™ - the ability to provide continuous autonomous penetration testing as a true SaaS offering. With NodeZero, cybersecurity teams proactively find and fix internal and external attack vectors before attackers can exploit them. 

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for email marketing campaigns. This includes all aspects of email marketing, from drafting email content, creating email templates, managing distribution lists, analytics, and database segmentation management. This role requires a combination of marketing expertise, creativity, and technical proficiency to deliver engaging and effective communication to our subscribers, leads, and customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft Marketing campaign email such as event invitations, thank-you emails, new gated & ungated content, ZeroDay Vulnerability emails, product releases, target market segment campaign emails, and lead nurture programs.

• Create and deploy Internal Marketing Monthly Newsletters.
• Draft nurture email stream sequence automation. 
• Maintain clean email distribution lists in Pardot.
• Build and manage list segmentation within Pardot for targeted emails. Maintain email list health, cleaning out inactive subscribers and ensuring list hygiene. 
• Set up content deliverable autoresponder emails. 
• Create and manage an email schedule to avoid oversaturation of the database.
• Develop insights and make recommendations for improvement based on user experience and engagement data. 
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and make recommendations based on data and insights.
• Optimize emails for deliverability, mobile devices, and spam filters. 
• Draft email copy, subject lines, and develop content ideas, working closely with content creators and designers
• Work with designers and copywriters to optimize email creative and templates structure based on best practices and reportable insights.
• Provide email campaign performance reports that include opens, clicks, conversions, revenue influence, and unsubscribes. 
• Oversee all data list imports into Pardot and Salesforce for emails, lead assignment and campaign attribution
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

Required Education/Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of email marketing experience.
• 1+ years of Pardot Experience (or similar email marketing software)
• Ability to design and format mailers in HTML/CSS 

Preferred Education/Experience 

• BS degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration
• Previous Salesforce experience
• Litmus or similar email testing tools 
• Marketing database/list management
• Cyber Security previous experience 

Travel Required 

We are a fully remote company, and this job may require up to 5% of travel to be successful. Job-related travel expenses are reviewed and must be approved by your manager.
