These core values are: Patients and Partners First, Honesty and Integrity, Quality and Compliance, Collaboration, No-Limits Mindset and Results Oriented. </p><p></p><p><u>Your responsibilities</u></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for complete, accurate and timely processing of payroll cycles, payments, statutory filings and reporting, based on payroll calendar</p></li><li><p>Validate all payroll inputs including workforce management, benefits and Workday (HCM)</p></li><li><p>Receive, prepare, verify and upload payroll data upon which payroll will be calculated and reconciled</p></li><li><p>Ensure payments, statutory filings and reports are completed</p></li><li><p>Validate data quality of outbound interfaces sent to third-party providers</p></li><li><p>Problem-solve variances, data errors and processing/payment issues and provide recommended solutions</p></li><li><p>Adhere to process documentation, company policies, internal controls and payroll performance metrics</p></li><li><p>Perform tasks in compliance with local employment legislation and data protection</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain relationships through effective and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Serve as point of contact for payroll as well as time and attendance related queries</p></li><li><p>Provide necessary data and clarifications to questions raised by internal or external audit as needed</p></li><li><p>Act as a backup to other team members</p></li><li><p>Assist with various projects and duties as assigned</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>Our requirements:</u></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Minimum of 4 years of experience in multi-country payrolls required</p></li><li><p>Knowledge on general payroll concepts (i.e., income tax, social security, pension, statutory leaves)</p></li><li><p>Experience with Workday (HCM) and time and attendance systems preferred</p></li><li><p>Minimum German and English language skills at B2 level</p></li><li><p>Good computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and email applications</p></li><li><p>Attention to detail, customer service, analytical, communication, organizational</p></li><li><p>Team player, dedicated, reliable</p></li><li><p>Ability to complete work assignments within required time constraints and meet critical deadlines</p></li><li><p>Flexible work pattern</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>Our offer: </u></p><ul><li><p>Private medical care in LuxMed</p></li><li><p>PZU life Insurance</p></li><li><p>Benefits System platform (multisport card, cinema tickets, online shopping etc.) </p></li><li><p>Language courses reimbursement, </p></li><li><p>Unlimited international travel Insurance, </p></li><li><p>Work abroad possibility (up to 30 days / year) </p></li><li><p>Recommendation programme </p></li><li><p>Life milestone bonus </p></li><li><p>Holiday allowance </p></li><li><p>Childcare refund </p></li><li><p>Occasional gifts </p></li></ul>
