POSITION SUMMARY
Prepares and deploys marketing campaigns for the Enrollment division. This will include managing marketing campaign efforts primarily for the Office of Admission and Financial Aid Office in partnership with other campus offices, including academic units. The Marketing Specialist will ensure all campaign properties - digital, social media, print, landing pages, etc. - deliver on time in a manner that is consistent with Le Moyne’s brand and overall enrollment goals. This position will focus primarily on graduate and transfer admission, and may include marketing for other prospective student populations as assigned. This position is optional hybrid and located in Syracuse, NY.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Job duties specific to this position:
Prepare and develop digital communications including email, SMS, social media content, website content, landing pages, portals, multimedia content, and digital advertisements.
Coordinate creation, printing, mailing, and tracking of traditional marketing publications.
Ensure that numerous, overlapping campaigns deploy on time and in a manner that is consistent with Le Moyne’s brand.
Collaborate with departments throughout the College to develop campaign content.
Develop marketing campaign reports and monitor campaigns for effectiveness.
Review campaign data and advise on opportunities for optimization.
Work closely with Enrollment Operations staff to ensure data integrity standards are met.
Maintain high-level quality of all communications and campaign parts.
Assist in the development of new marketing efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree is required.
2 or more years’ experience working in a higher ed or agency setting, preferred.
