We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Project Manager to support our Creative and Marketing teams in driving innovative campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. This role will oversee multiple projects, ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery, and alignment with our brand’s high-performance standards. Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, and key deliverables
Plan, coordinate, and implement projects according to specifications and deadlines
Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively mitigate risks to keep projects on time and within scope
Serve as the primary point of contact between marketing, creative, product, and external agencies
Facilitate cross-team communication to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging, and creative execution
Drive accountability across teams by ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
Provide ongoing project status updates to team members and stakeholders
Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively
Follow PMO best practices to ensure efficiency and consistency within the creative and marketing teams
Participate in refining workflows to improve efficiency, collaboration, and execution speed
May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned

Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member:

Experience in beauty, pharma, skincare, and fashion industries a plus
5 + years of experience in project management
Proven track record of managing multiple marketing and creative projects simultaneously
Experience working with creative teams, designers, and external agencies
Knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and processes (Smartsheet, Iconik, Miro, Figma)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Office Location: Newport Beach (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
Position reports directly to Executive Director, Program Management

Compensation & Total Rewards The expected pay range for this position is $138,000 to $155,000. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations, including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.
