IT Project Manager | Electronic Adjudication Management Systems

As an IT Project Manager at Endeavor Consulting Group, you will be responsible for leading and managing EAMS implementation projects for our client. You will work closely with our client to understand their business needs, create project plans, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure successful delivery of the EAMS solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage EAMS implementation projects from initiation to closure
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Create detailed project plans, including schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client stakeholders, developers, testers, and subject matter experts
• Monitor project progress and ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Manage project risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to key stakeholders and senior management
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to project team members

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager for large-scale IT projects
• Experience leading at least one (1) large State of California IT project with a total cost greater than $25 million.
• Experience with California workers’ compensation or a comparable State system.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically in EAMS implementations
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management Systems and related technologies
• Excellent project management skills, including scope management, schedule management, budget management, and risk management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Preferred Experience
• Experience concurrently managing multiple IT projects for at least one (1) year.
• Experience with the State of California PAL process.
• Experience with the State of California procurement process.
• Experience managing at least one (1) project with data cleansing and conversation.
• Experience managing at least one (1) project with data lake.
• PMP certification is a plus
