Technical SEO Specialist

TinyPixels, an innovative and rapidly growing iGaming technology company based in Hoorn, Netherlands, is looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Technical SEO Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for auditing, maintaining, and improving the technical health of our websites to ensure optimal crawlability, indexability, speed, and search engine visibility. Your role is key to scaling our organic growth by ensuring a solid and compliant SEO infrastructure.

What will you be doing?

• Solid understanding of technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog, SemRush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
• Monitor and improve crawl errors, indexation, canonical tags, redirects, hreflang, and structured data implementation
• Optimize site performance by improving Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and load times
• Troubleshoot issues in rendering, duplicate content, and JavaScript indexing
• Implement and maintain structured data (JSON-LD) for enhanced search results
• Support geo locations, CMS changes, and technical updates according to SEO best practices
• Collaborate with developers and product manager to ensure clean, crawl-friendly code and markup
• Configure robots.txt, sitemap.xml, noindex/nofollow rules, htaccess, internal link structure, and setup redirections

Who are you?

• 2+ years of experience in technical SEO or frontend development
• Expert-level understanding of crawling, rendering, indexing, and site architecture
• Solid knowledge of the latest technology in HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript SEO
• principles, and common CMS platforms
• Experience improving Core Web Vitals and handling large-scale site structures
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to developers and stakeholders
• Familiarity with geo-targeting, hreflang tags, and international SEO configurations

Bonus: experience with server-side vs client-side rendering and SEO in React/Next.js environments.
